The life of an artist can get lonely at times, for this reason and because I love to help other people get their own unique voice out there, I always work in as an art facilitator too

The Tree of life is a beautiful artwork made with a Special needs group at Lancaster Youth Centre in London. The work won the first price in a competition along with all schools and centres in the RBKC. The competition was at the Satchi Gallery where the Tree of Life was exhibited for two months. Press the button below to watch the video of when we won, it's from minute 5 to the end

One of the most amazing art projects I have been honoured to facilitate was Know Your Roots, an art project created by Sandra Vacciana (Partnership For Young London)The aim was to explore the history and the current perception of black hair, challenging the negativity built around and promoting self-acceptance and self-confidence in girls with black hair. The project was inclusive of all type of hair and all different beauty types, but the main focus was on black hair. I worked with hundreds of girls and I learned a lot from the experience. The first artwork was representative of three different beauties with different skin tone and different hair types. I enjoyed making it, but it was challenging to show in one picture all the work we will have been doing.

In the pictures my work for the manifest and some of the girls work at the London Museum

The Papier-mache' candles art project to celebrate the 130°birthday of the North Kensington library.
This very important institution and listed building was threatened to be demolished first and then to be come a private school. The community saved it. I was asked to lead art sessions to make 130 candles to decorate the library
